1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RepSpeak ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RepSpeak is a two-sided marketplace connecting companies that need customer-support representation with vetted human representatives trained on each company's knowledge base.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including (but not limited to) impersonation, scraping, abuse of other users, distribution of malware, or attempts to circumvent platform security controls.

5. Company Obligations

Companies are responsible for the accuracy of materials uploaded to their knowledge base and for fair treatment of representatives engaged through the platform, including agreed compensation.

6. Representative Obligations

Representatives agree to honestly represent each company they work for, complete required training, and maintain confidentiality of any non-public information accessed through the Service.

7. Fees and Payments

Pricing, billing terms, and payout terms will be set out in separate commercial agreements or pricing pages. Taxes are the responsibility of the party legally liable.

8. Intellectual Property

RepSpeak retains all rights to the platform. Companies retain rights to their uploaded materials. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display content as needed to operate the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Some obligations (confidentiality, payment, indemnity) survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepSpeak will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Ownership and Operations
